Hey, I'm Andrew. I built a studio, scaled a platform, and am ready to build something new.

I built Kaleo Design from zero ➝ Grew it to $5M, with a team of 15, and shipped 220+ products across healthcare, fintech, recruiting, design tools etc.

Then spent four years as Head of Design at FlutterFlow, scaling the platform to 2.3M+ users while running cross-functional teams across design, engineering, growth, and marketing. What I've learned is that I do my best work when I'm embedded early — before things are figured out, when decisions actually matter.

I don't just design products. I help figure out what to build, why it matters, and how to ship it in a way that sticks. I lead education and live demonstrations, hosting livestreams for 2 years on how to build production ready apps in FlutterFlow.

If you're a small team building something real, and you need someone who thinks like a founder and executes like a craftsman — let's talk.

This section is really for you to know what makes me tick. I've worked with 150+ founders on projects over the last 12 years and I really love being an external voice on climate, user response, expectation and overall business goals. I don't need "founder" level influence but I don't and I don't like "checking a box".

I'm extremely efficient at what I do, I try my best to do it at the highest caliber and quality consistently. I enjoy my family, I enjoy travel I like wearing multiple hats.

In Design, I like shipping and moving! I love it when I have a tangible path to bring value to the end product not just provide pretty pixels that don't move the needle. I am used to being a team of 1 among many developers, product people and owners.

I have also led teams of designers, devs and managers to successful goals of delivery.

I'm looking for a role that I have high agency, creativity and vision to build the best tools or platforms on the market. I want to allow my experience, speed and creativity to guide they way and reach the right audience for the things I'm designing.

I want to know that what I'm building matters in the long haul. At FlutterFlow it was amazing to see the platform itself open up development opportunities for millions of developers around the world, allowing individuals to make more money than ever before.

At the end of the day we are designing software, not saving babies or feeding the hungry, but if I can tangibly see that my work has a signficicant impact in helping those disimprovished be able to make a better life or utilizing Ai to open opportunities for the creatives to deliver more value to society that is something that mobilizes my motivation.
